
The property group behind Ashbourne is hosting an open day this weekend.
It will be held by Novm on November 18 from at the Ashbourne sales and information centre on the corner of Mount Broughton and Yarrawa Roads.
Stage one of the housing development is well underway, with the settlement expected in late 2024.
The current release in stage two includes 14 lots which range from 450 to 620 square metres, with prices starting from $480,000.
Future residents and potential purchasers will be able to meet builders on the day, including McDonald Jones, Hotondo, GJ Gardener and New Living Homes, to aspects such as the designs of the homes and the building processes.
There will also be special offers from the builders for those who choose to purchase a land lot on the day.

It will take place from 10am to 2pm, with a project update at 11am.
Novm is also is also hosting guests in their exclusive marquee on November 23, at the Bong Bong Races.
The race is making a comeback after three years.
The property development group will also host its own fashions on the field event with prizes.
"We're proud to sponsor an event that holds a special place in the heart of this community," said Novm CEO and executive director Adrian Liaw.
"It's been missed in recent years and we're expecting this will be a grand return."
All the marquees and boot picnic spaces at the races are sold out, but race day passes for members and their invited guests are still available.

Passes will not be available for purchase on the day.
Patrons can pick up their passes at the Bong Bong Picnic Race Club until November 23.
