With rumours of a hostile Zulu tribe occupying the area behind the 16th green dispelled, over 70 more carefree golfers took to the cartless course for the golfers favourite a Par event.
The early starters set up big scores in A and B grades.

Heavy hitter Chris Henry continued his recent fine form blitzing his B grade competition with an outstanding + 6.
Paul Touma showcased his skills in making one of his rare appearances and found himself A grade clubhouse leader with +5.
When asked if he felt he was a shoe-in for the A grade win, Touma, glued to the leaderboard, felt the only threat to a classic victory would come from quintessential golfing wizard, Dave Tyler.
Tyler, who could be mistaken for a large plum given his existence in a perpetual purple patch was +3 after nine.
A self-confessed choker but also known for his modesty, Tyler pushed through the challenges of the back nine to shut-out Touma with a near flawless + 6 to win A grade.
C grade winner was the ever mustachioed John Wormleaton.
Other winners this week included Carolyn Donovan, securing victory in the President's Cup Par Event from Kim Delaney and Lynn King.
Phil Cunich, Owen Saunders, Austin Collings and Geoff Webb Grade winners in Wednesday's competition round.
Medley Stableford winners were Dominic O'Shannessy (again) and Mr Average (Jon Ford).
