Lunchtime concert with Brett McKern
Mid-week entertainment
Organist Brett McKern will entertain guests with different melodies at this concert. It is part of the St. Jude's Music Associations initiative to showcase emerging artists. You can sit back and relax on Wednesday, August 10 at St Jude's Church from 1.15pm. People can enter with a donation.
Diversity V: Picton Art Group
A plethora of techniques
The Picton Art Group is showcasing skills they have learned from their tutor Steve Underwood. There will be watercolours, acrylic paints, animal studies and many more things to discover. You can find this collection of paintings at the Bowral Art Gallery from Wednesday, August 10 to Tuesday, August 16. There is an official opening on Saturday, August 13 at the gallery at 1pm. The venue is open from 10am to 4pm daily.

Explore the manicured gardens full of flowers, relax and take a picnic, or discover art at Retford Park. The garden is open from Thursday, August 11 to Sunday, August 14. Tickets for the gardens are $16.59 for adults, $11.39 for concession holders and children between five and 15, $37.39 for two adults and two children, and kids under five can attend for free. Music at 10 with Annie Ma

Award-winning artist Annie Ma brings the melodies of European composers to the region this weekend. The program includes work from Brahms, Shostakovich and Albeniz, just to name a few. Watch Annie on Saturday, August 13 at the Soldier's Memorial Hall in Bundanoon at 10am. Tickets are $15 for adults and people under 18 can enter for free. Reserve your spot via Trybooking.

Sunday Painters with Libby Wakefield
An artistic weekend
Artist and educator Libby Wakefield will guide attendees through a series of expressive landscape paintings and how to interpret different landscapes. You can create your own painting collection at the Ngununggula gallery on Sunday, August 14 from 10am to 1pm. Classes are limited to 10 people and cost $127.69 per person, which includes all of the materials. Reservations can be made through Eventbrite.

Can Assist Southern Highland Botanical Art and Illustration Prize

This exhibition celebrates the changes in seasons and botanical artists, while raising funds for a local charity. It is a partnership between Can Assist Southern Highlands (CASH), and the Botanical Art Society of Australia (BASA). You can immerse yourself in a world of meticulous botanical artworks until Sunday, August 14 at the White Cottage gallery in Retford Park. It is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm. It is a free event but any donations made upon entry will go directly to Can Assist.
Seasons featuring Emily Sun
This weekend
This concert by the Steel City Strings Orchestra, accompanied by Emily Sun, is a reimagination of Vivaldi's Four Seasons, and other classics. You can watch this concert at the Burrawang School of Arts on Sunday, August 14 from 2pm to 4pm. Tickets are $45 for adults, $40 for concession, $20 for students, $10 for children under 18, $100 for two adults and two children and $20 per person for groups of five or more. They can be purchased via Trybooking.

Members of the Southern Highlands Photography Society are showcasing their creativity and passions in this unique exhibition. You can see it until Friday, August 26 at the Moss Vale Civic Centre. It is open from 8.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
