The group, made up of 78 members, regularly meet to share quilting tips, practice and run classes as well as make a few beautiful quilts along the way.
This year however they have chosen to go above and beyond, sewing over 130 squares in the space of a month to help those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Thanks to a connection Vice President Lyn Dal Bianco has in Germany, the squares are set to be mailed over on Wednesday (July 5) before they are sewed into numerous quilts and gifted to refugees fleeing the war-torn country.
Each square is coloured blue and gold and carries a separate message with hearts, doves and native animals just some of the iconography present.
President Julianne Allan said the Guild was "really big" on giving back to communities, be they near or far.
"Over the past two years, the Guild has donated quilts to Can Assist Southern Highlands, the Palliative Care Unit at Bowral Hospital, ten Afghan orphan girls, Pop In Bowral, as well as the Fire Appeal on the North Coast and locally," she said.
"We are proud to demonstrate our generosity in supporting the call for blocks to support the Ukraine War Effort."
In addition to their charitable endeavours the Guild is a place for quilters, be they experienced or beginners, to come together.
