The Zube family has spent the last seven years renovating and extending the property to put it on the market.
Trudy Zube has been living in the village for the last 28 years and wanted to give future owners more possibilities with the home.
"It's been a family affair," she said.
"There's [been] a lot of passion in it to see it grow."
Her husband Tom, daughter Amanda, son Kieran, his wife Katie, her father Geoff Hanratty and toddler William, banned together to revamp it.
Number 33 was purchased in 2015 and was briefly home for Kieran and Katie.
There was little insulation, a narrower hall and started out with three bedrooms and one bathroom.
The family got to work and extended the home to have four bedrooms and four bathrooms, elongated the driveway, added decking, redid the roofing and made sure the home was fully insulated.
A separate studio can also be found out the back, along with an additional room adjoining the garage.
"The new room below can be somebody's chapter," Trudy said.
Amanda was the building designer and said she wanted to keep the exterior intact and repurpose the property.
Kieran's expertise in steelwork can also be found around the house.
The Zube's youngest helper William, was always eager to be involved - he got the garden bed ready for the veggie garden and had his toy hammer, or his dad's, ready in his hand.
