Craig Norman returning to form to win the cup by 8 shots with a nett 143. Craig has gone back to back winning the cup in 2021. This is a midweek competition played amongst solid competitors.
The Wednesday stroke round saw Philip Cunich with a nett 72 win A-Grade on a countback from visitor Ben Hack of Koonindah Water Golf Club.
B-Grade winner was David Chandler with a nett 74 from Stephen Brabyn with a nett 77 while Ken Elder held on to win the C-Grade battle with a nett 81.
Saturday's field was restricted to walkers only as it was too heavy/wet for carts. Jason Ashcroft showed his class with 38 stableford points, or two over his handicap, to win A-Grade from Lachlan Malcolm with 36 points.
Shirhan Ho, off a handicap of 16, was far too strong to win B-Grade from William Clayton with 36 stableford points.
Adam Kich now heading towards B-Grade won the C-Grade with 39 points in heavy going from Joel Thomas with a fighting 37 points.
Club Match Play Championships are under way in all grades with some closer results already being posted.
