The local Voice, Interests and Education of Women (VIEW) group gathered at the CWA room in Bowral for a parade, where they raised more than $800 for The Smith Family.
The funds will specifically go to the charity's Learning for Life Program, which sponsor children to continue their studies and make their way into the workforce.
SHE View publicity officer Irene Fleming said 45 people attended the event on March 24.
"It went extremely well," she said.
Postie Fashions supplied the frocks to the models on the day, and also contributed a donation.

The Bowral CWA branch provided a tasty afternoon tea while the parade took place.
The publicity officer was thankful for the use of the room and the branch's catering.
VIEW clubs across the country support The Smith Family, and give women the opportunity to make new friends, network and support young Australians.
The SHE VIEW Club meets on the second Monday of the month at Mittagong RSL at 7pm.
New members are always welcome and can call Wendy on 0414 451 271 or email southernhighlands.viewclub@gmail.com.
