A 23-year-old man has faced court for the first time, accused of causing the crash that killed a man at Picton at the weekend.

Mubashir Ahmed appeared at Moss Vale Local Court on Monday after being charged over the deadly crash which occurred on Sunday morning.
Ahmed was allegedly behind the wheel of a SUV when it left the road and rolled on Picton Road, near Maldon Bridge Road, about 4.45am on Sunday.
The male passenger died at the scene.
Ahmed was subsequently charged with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death - speed more than 45 kilometres over the limit, dangerous driving occasioning death - drive speed dangerous, dangerous driving occasioning death - drive manner dangerous and negligent driving occasioning death.
He did not apply for his release on bail at court on Monday, and bail was formally refused.
Ahmed remains in custody and will return to court in May.
