Mr Marcolin, the owner of the McDonalds' in Moss Vale and Sutton Forest, has been supporting young Highlanders who sing and perform at the muster for about three years.
"It's a place for young people to build confidence, self-esteem and have fun," said the Wingecarribee Vocal Muster founder Richard Lane.
"It's just a small acknowledgement of how much Graham and McDonalds do."
"Without his support, it would be hard to do what we do."
Ivy, Milly, Jess and Zach presented Mr Marcolin with the certificate on January 25.
"I'm just part of what he [Richard] does," he said.
"I think it's important to give people the opportunity to do what they love."
The business owner said it was crucial to support youth, and give them the chance to nurture their artistic talents.
Both gentlemen agreed that there were many places for young people sporting interests in the region, and it was important to give artistic youth a place to shine.
The Wingecarribee Vocal Muster is a not-for-profit organisation that gives high school students the opportunity to pursue their singing dreams through coaching and performances.
The Muster has previously performed at different events throughout the region, such as at a fundraising effort for RFS units in 2020.
Emerging performers Jess Howell and Mandy Vega Carrera also won top accolades at the Charleston International Music Competition towards the end of 2021.
"We are grateful for the support Graham and the community has given us," Mr Lane said.
