A number of Year 11 students performed above expectations completing their Construction HSC a year ahead of their other subjects.
A SHCS spokesperson said the focus and attention of the students despite the circumstances they faced should be applauded by staff and families alike.
"The students sat examinations across twenty-two subjects and have produced God-honouring final scores. More than 43 per cent of student results were either band five or six, which is an outstanding result," they said.
"One of our students made the Honours List for five out of six subjects.
"Joseph Brake is warmly congratulated for both his effort and the manner in which he achieved this outstanding result.
"SHCS is delighted that most students intending on pursuing their studies further into university have received early entry places at the institution of their choice for commencement in 2022.
"A special note of congratulations to all those students who are the first in their family to do so."
The SHCS spokesperson said every student in the cohort had expanded their skill and ability beyond expectation.
"The SHCS community honours each student, and their family, as their work ethic and perseverance has reaped these rewards. We maintain our firm dedication to ensuring students reach their goals," the said.
"This is reflected in our innovative pedagogical approaches to learning and ensuring the individual needs of those within our SHCS community are met.
"As we farewell this SHCS Graduating Class of 2021, we value the abundant potential all through this resilient and faithful cohort, some of whom have been students with us for the full thirteen years of their Junior and High School education.
"We value that each student is a unique creation and therefore has their own path to follow as they leave their secondary schooling, and we are thankful for the part that we, as the Southern Highlands Christian School community, have played in this education.
"We, at SHCS, wish each one of our Year 12 students well as they continue on the journey to shape the world in which they live."
