The 139th show is going to be held at the Robertson Showground from March 11 to 12, with the hope to bring back popular events like the potato races and demolition derby.
Robertson Show President Leesa Stratford said that changing circumstances with COVID were at the forefront of planning, and committee members were "taking things as they come."
"Given all of the things currently, that's all in the back of our minds, we have plan b's and c's," she said.

Around 700 agricultural shows have been cancelled nationwide since the start of the pandemic, with one of the most recent being the Berry Show.
Mrs Stratford said that the program was yet to be finalised, and some activities might not return if they posed a risk to the general public.
She said the situation was like being "caught between a rock and a hard place", and the event has only been cancelled during droughts and wartimes.
The President however said that the committee hoped to bring some new activities to the show, and looked forward to the chance to put the event together.
"Just the opportunity to come along, we've all missed that, it'll be lovely to give the community the opportunity to come together," she said.
Highlanders can be updated about the event on the Robertson Show Facebook page and on the Robertson Show website.
