It has good coffee, for a start, but is also has light snacks, groceries, frozen home-cooked meals, a place to charge your phone and even someone to talk to.
And you don't have to pay a cent.
Or, if you are in a position to, you can make a small donation to keep the good things coming for those who need them.

The space belongs to the Southern Highlands Christian Community Centre, a ministry connected with C3 Destiny Church. It's been active since 2014, running C3 Cares and C3 Coffee Hub, but now it has a home.
"It's set up for anyone experiencing homelessness, in crisis, isolated or needing assistance," said pastor Jackie Losurdo, who runs the centre.
"But our heart is that we don't separate people but keep them together, so we want everyone to come.
"The coffee is good, we have a well-trained barista, so if you can afford a donation, give it - you get a good coffee and the money goes towards people who need it."
Along with a coffee, people in need are welcome to grab some groceries and a frozen meal or two to tide them over.
"We partner with Coles SecondBite, Hands and Feet Inc, OzHarvest and local businesses - for example, Maugers Meats have donated meat so we can cook meals and freeze them," said Mrs Losurdo, who added that the meals are there for the taking every day the centre is open.
"They're there for when people are not well or need a couple of meals just to get through - even people who are working, sometimes things get tight from paycheck to paycheck.
"Anyone's welcome to take one - we don't ask for concession cards.
"If you're low on cash please don't hesitate to come in, that's what we are here for and there will be no questions asked."
Mrs Losurdo said her daughter, who works in town, came in with her lunch and had a coffee there the other day, which is exactly the way they're hoping people will use the space.
"It's a social space for people to connect," she said.
"It would be great for mums with babies, because it's a very relaxed space.
"We want everyone to use it - just pop in and get a feel for the place."
The centre also partners with Good360, who distribute donations of brand new items - such as clothing, hand sanitiser, toiletries and toys - to charities.
"There's nothing for sale here, but everything is new, there's no second-hand," Mrs Losurdo said.
"We put out what we've got and it changes all the time."
The centre also has laptop and phone charging facilities, so people are able to sit at table and work while they drink their coffee.
The centre opened its doors on Tuesday, with Mrs Losurdo saying the foot traffic had been light so far.
"It's been pretty slow, it's just word of mouth so far," she said.
"But we're hoping the word spreads."
The Southern Highlands Christian Community Centre is open Tuesday to Friday, 10am-2pm, at Shop 1, 347-349 Bong Bong St, Bowral (underneath C3 Destiny Church).
