The NSW Southern Highlands Justices Association is going to have desks in Bowral, Moss Vale and Mittagong this week.
Two certified Justice of the Peace volunteers are going to be at each desk:
- Springett's Arcade, Bowral: January 12 from 10am to 1pm
- Moss Vale IGA: January 13 from 10am to 1pm
- Mittagong Market Place: January 15 from 10am to 1pm
COVID measures are going to be in place.

Hill Top Pop-up
- January 15, Hill Top Public School Oval, 8-10pm
Come along for a movie night and join the Looney Tunes gang with Space Jam: A New Legacy. The event is outdoors so attendees must bring picnic blankets or chairs and bring their own snacks. There is a covered area in the playground if the weather changes.
Attendees should enter through the Hill Top Community Centre carpark.
Everyone should practice social distancing.
It is a free event, but guests must register via Eventbrite and can secure their spots here by January 14.
Crop Swap Robertson
- Returning January 15, Robertson CTC, 9-10.30 am
Highlanders will once again have the chance grab fresh and seasonal fruits, vegetables and eggs on Saturdays later this month. A table is set up for people to put their produce, and swap with others. Attendees must adhere to social distancing and wear a mask. Magazines, plants and flowers are also welcome.
Bowral Uniting Church Grocery Pantry
- Returning January 18, 10am-1pm
The pantry at Bowral Uniting Church will re-open open later this month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The pantry is located around the side of the church's office. Groceries are free and have been donated by local businesses. COVID practices are in place at the church. A free takeaway lunch is also available every Wednesday.
Railway Street Farmers Market
- Returning January 20, Corners of Railway Street and Spring Street, Moss Vale, 3-6pm
Grab some seasonal produce harvested by local growers this week. Highlanders also have the opportunity to meet the growers at the market.

Southern Highlands Scottish Country Dancing will make a comeback next month. New dancers welcome.
