Interchange Australia provide clients and carers with a client handbook that covers a number of FAQ's including changes and additions to service delivery, so they know what they can expect as a client of Interchange Australia. This outlines their rights and responsibilities and provides information on how to give feedback and comments about their service delivery. They are open to and always welcome feedback and use this information to continuously improve.

They also have a great team of qualified staff who are experienced in providing care and support services.

All Interchange Australia staff have their NDIS worker screening check, working with children check, national police clearance, a current first-aid certificate and receive ongoing training to maintain their high level of service. They offer an on-call team who are available to manage services after hours and on weekends and public holidays.

Interchange offer a wide range of services that could just suit your needs perfectly.

From home-care packages for aged care, home support programs and AVEC care, to disability services that offer Interchange adventures (peer support), a performing arts and radio program, getaways, supported education and employment, Interchange are able to offer you or your loved ones just the right service.
