Red Cow Farm Open Garden
- Until May 30, Red Cow Farm, daily 10am-4pm
Explore the stunning grounds full of flowers and woodlands at this property in Sutton Forest. The farm is divided into 20 garden rooms for you to enjoy. No animals are allowed in the venue and children must be supervised at all times. There are no restrooms or food premises on site, they are nearby.
Admissions are $15 per adult, $10 for seniors, five dollars per child from the ages of four to 14 and group bookings are $10.

Golden Roosters: Tai Chi on the lawn
- November 30, Ngununggula, 9.30-10.30am
Highlanders can connect with their inner selves and calm surroundings every Tuesday with some Tai Chi. Tai Chi with instructor Stephen Atkinson will guide participants through different meditation exercises.

Wednesday Warriors: Yoga in the gallery

Recharge and re-energise with yoga at Ngununggula Gallery. Yoga teacher Christobel Hughes will guide you through mindfulness, breathing techniques and yoga moves.

Harper's Mansion Open Days

Come and explore the gardens or have a picnic at a historical mansion in Berrima. Attendees are advised to secure a ticket for a timed entry in advance.

Trish and Catriona are local artists will be showcasing their unique artistic styles in this exhibition. The artworks explore a variety of subject matters.
Australian Highlands Wine Show Awards Night
- December 2, Centennial Vineyards, 6.30- 8.30pm
Come along and support local winemakers at the Australian Highlands Wine Show awards night this week in Bowral. A total of 126 wines across Australia that used grapes that have been grown 500 metres above sea level were judged in Berrima on November 1 and 2.
Tickets are $50 per person which includes entry, canapés, one glass of wine or bubbles on arrival and the opportunity to sample wines from this year's competition.

Creative and Thriving art exhibition
- December 3-January 28, Council's Civic Centre, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays
This inclusive art exhibition celebrates over 20 local artists and makers with a disability for the International Day of Disability. Artists who have chosen to have their works for sale will have all proceeds go directly back to them.

Exeter Markets
- December 4, Exeter Park, 9am-1.30pm
The first Saturday of the month means the Exeter markets are back! The outdoor market offers entertainment for all its visitors. Browse over 50 stalls producing handmade textiles, jewellery, preserves and freshly grown produce. Children can play in the playground while the adults browse and enjoy the live music.
Hydrangeas and collectables plant sale
- December 4, Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens, 9am-2pm
Grab some locally grown Hydrangeas, succulents and hardy perennial plants and some collectables this weekend. There will also be a cake and market produce stall on the day. No dogs are allowed at the event due to being a bird habitat area.

The Pop-Up Project

Twenty Highlands artists and creators will be opening their studios to the public this weekend. Artists have collaborated to put on the event after the cancellation of the Southern Highlands Arts Trail. Attendees can buy directly from local creators that specialise in arts auch as ceramics and jewellery.

2021 John Copes Prize for Watercolour Painting

Bundanoon Makers Market

The third Sunday of the month means the Bundanoon Makers Markets are back! Be dazzled by stalls offering fresh produce, flowers, arts, crafts, woodwork, ceramics, jewellery and natural products from stallholders far and wide. Pooches are also welcome!
Yoga in the Vines

Cockatoo Run
- December 5, Central Station, from 9am
Take a journey from Sydney to the Highlands and explore coastal scenery with the Cockatoo Run this weekend. The train goes from Sydney to Robertson or Moss Vale via Wollongong
The train will stop at the Summit Tank for picturesque views of Lake Illawarra and the Tasman Sea, before continuing to Robertson or Moss Vale where you can enjoy lunch and relax.
Attendees have the opportunity to get off or continue the route from the summit Tank to the Highlands.

Christmas at Retford Park

Creative director, stylist and founder of Styling Magazine Australia Coty Farquhar has decorated the interiors of the Retford Park House for Christmas. Attendees can admire the decorations through guided tours on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and as part of the Alfresco afternoons in December.
