Yerrinbool Railway Garden
Highlanders are welcome to explore the garden every Monday from 10am to 12pm. The community garden was founded in 2018 by volunteers who want to produce healthy and fresh produce.
Interim Administrator Open Community Meeting: Colo Vale
- November 30, Memorial Hall, 6pm - 7pm
Colo Vale residents can ask questions about the village at this community meeting. There will be a a brief introduction from the Interim Administrator, and then a question and answer session.
Attendance is limited to make it a COVID safe event. Attendees must reside in the shire and will be asked to show proof of double vaccination.

Bowral Uniting Church Grocery Pantry
The pantry at Bowral Uniting Church is open this Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 1pm. The pantry is located around the side of the church's office. Groceries are free and have been donated by local businesses. COVID practices are in place at the church. A free takeaway lunch is also available every Wednesday.
Wingecarribee Local Planning Panel

Highlanders can hear what's on the agenda at council's ordinary meeting. Due to restrictions, the meeting is online. The meetings can be streamed here.

Folk dancing
- December 2, Bowral Presbyterian Hall, 10.30am - 11.30am
Now is your chance to learn about different cultures, their dance and costume traditions through folk dance classes.
These classes are led by an accredited Folk Dance Australia teacher and offer gentle exercise in a group environment and are suitable for beginners and seniors.

Creative and Thriving art exhibition
- December 3 - January 28, Council's Civic Centre, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays
This inclusive art exhibition celebrates over 20 local artists and makers with a disability for the International Day of Disability. Artists who have chosen to have their works for sale will have all proceeds go directly back to them.
Hydrangeas and collectables plant sale
- December 4, Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens, 9am -2pm
Grab some locally grown Hydrangeas, succulents and hardy perennial plants and some collectables this weekend. There will also be a cake and market produce stall on the day. No dogs are allowed at the event due to being a bird habitat area.

Crop Swap Robertson
- December 4, Robertson CTC, 9:00 - 10:30 am
Come along to grab fresh and seasonal fruits, vegetables and eggs every Saturday. A table is set up for people to put their produce, and swap with others. Attendees must adhere to social distancing and wear a mask. Magazines, plants and flowers are also welcome.
