The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) has issued flood warnings and severe wind warnings for both regions.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology's Goulburn Weather Station, the area has experienced winds at 81 kilometres an hour on October 5 and 72 kilometres an hour on October 4.
Winds at 70 kilometres an hour were also recorded on October 7 and 29.
The Goulburn Weather Station also recorded about 36 millimetres of rain on October 15 and 23 millilitres on September 30 and November 5.

The Moss Vale Weather Station recorded gusts of wind 91 kilometres an hour on October 5, and winds at 81 kilometres an hour on October 16 and 29.
Although people in both regions have ran indoors and ducked for cover, many people have also pulled out their cameras to capture the wild weather.
