The total number of cases in the Wingecarribee LGA is 63 since the current outbreak began in June.
In the Southern Tablelands, Goulburn recorded four new cases of COVID-19, with all four cases under investigation.
The Queanbeyan-Palerang region recorded nine new cases of COVID-19 and all are linked to known cases.
Five of those cases are in Karabar, one is Crestwood, one is in Goolong and two are in Queanbeyan
The remainder of the cases recorded by SNSWLHD were in the Snowy Monaro region.
This brings the total cases in SNSWLHD to 317 since the start of the current outbreak in June.
Across NSW, 587 cases of COVID-19 were recorded, and more than 112,00 people were tested for the virus in the 24 hours up to October 6, 8 pm.
Residents should be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID-19 including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever.
If symptoms appear, people must isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.
