The Berrima Men's Table entree will be held on November 9, at the Courtyard Hotel.
The entree event is a chance to meet other men, learn about how a Table works and helping you decide whether you'd like to part of the local Men's Table group.
The Men's Table helps men open up and connect in a private and supportive setting. It allows for open conversation and allows men to safely share stories, including the highs and lows.
The Men's Table is a preventative men's mental health initiative that commenced in 2011 with one group of men.
The Men's Table creates a unique environment for men to share openly about their lives, their challenges, their highs and low with a group of men who they grow to trust and respect.
It helps creates a sense of belonging, community, peer support and camaraderie that is lacking for many men, even for some who already have a group of mates.
The Berrima Men's Table will be held on Tuesday November 9, at the Courtyard Cafe in a closed room at 6:30 pm for a 7 pm start.
Tickets cost $38.50 and it includes a meal and drink.
Men's Tables are held once a month.
