Michael Sugg and Liz Morrow will be joining the Southern Highlands Food and Wine Association in the lead-up to this year's food and wine festival.
The Southern Highlands Food and Wine Festival was moved from late October, to November 27 and 28 at Moss Vale Showground due to restrictions.
Mr Sugg said he looking forward to using his skills and experience "for the benefit of the members, including producers, growers and suppliers of this wonderful region."
The senior executive has established, turned around and grown organisations, not-for-profits, and member-based associations in Australia, and across the globe.
Ms Morrow has lots of experience that she would be bringing to the committee.
She was in the travel industry for over 15 years, spent 20 years as a businesswoman and volunteered for not-for-profit organisations.
"I have loved living in the gorgeous Southern Highlands, both as a part-time and now full-time resident," the Burrawang resident said.
Ms Morrow also mentioned she looked forward to promoting the uniqueness of the Highlands.
She was also determined to preserve its "country character, so that it would be enjoyed by as many people as possible, in a manner that served locals, and the area as a whole."
