The busy couple have five children between them in the Highlands, and knew other couples who had little time to plan a fun date.
Ms Wilson's business Little Party Crew - boxed date nights that people could enjoy at home was then born in June, and has since gone "pretty gangbusters."
"I did not think at the time to launch in lockdown, but everyone has been stuck within their four walls," she said.
"It has been popular because people have been locked down, and have had the same routine.
"People could reconnect with their partner, and has it has allowed people to keep the love alive."
Ms Wilson used her passion and background for events to create monthly themed boxes with different activities.
Friends and loved ones were also polled about their dating experiences.
"We asked them about dates where they had the most fun, and I made a spreadsheet," Ms Wilson continued.
Games, paint and sips and cooking were some of the responses the business owner received, which inspired themed boxes.
Boxes so far have varied from a paint and sip with an art teacher online, playlists and reconnection games just to name a few.
"It has been good to give people an activity, and something fun and new," she said.
There are also activities and unique boxes for singles to enjoy.
Although the website has descriptions for each box, Ms Wilson mentioned that she liked to keep some elements a surprise.
"It would be nice for people to open them, and discover other things they did not know about," she said.
The Highlands business owner said she had products and boxes planned until March 2022, and officially sold 100 boxes on August 31.
The events planner recently discovered that she was nominated for Best New Business at this year's Women's Business Awards.
"That was pretty cool, especially because the business was so new," she explained.
"It has been nice, because it has meant people have seen the same vision for the business as me."
Little Party Crew boxes have also been used by celebrities such as singer, songwriter and actress Samantha Jade, and have been broadcasted on Sunrise.
Ms Wilson has also offered her dating expertise for articles on various media sites.
