A man has been charged with allegedly breaching the Public Health Order on multiple occasions in the Southern Highlands.

It will be alleged the 40-year-old failed to self-isolate several times between Thursday, August 26 and Monday, August 30, 2021, after being deemed a close contact by NSW Health.
Around 9 pm Thursday, August 26, 2021, the man allegedly left a residence in Mittagong and travelled to a relative's home in Burradoo without a reasonable excuse.
The man allegedly left his home without a valid excuse on three more occasions over two days.
Police located the 40-year-old at a home in Burradoo on Monday, August 30, 2021, at about 3.30 pm.
He was escorted back to Mittagong where he was again ordered to self-isolate.
He has since been charged with four counts of fail to comply with self-isolation direction and issued a Court Attendance Notice to appear in Moss Vale Local Court on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
