A very distressed Highlands resident was re-united with his wallet which was rescued by some determined men from the Resource Recovery Centre (RRC) and JR Richards. The resident realised he accidentally threw it in the bin called the council, where staff searched the waste truck until the wallet was found.

The NSW Government has released an interactive map detailing COVID-19 vaccination percentages per postcode. Seventy to 79 per cent of residents from the 2576 postcode, which is home to suburbs such as Bowral and Burradoo have had their first vaccination.
