We have put together a list of mental health service providers in Southern Highlands area for those who would like to seek these services.
ReFrame
ReFrame provides free support service to young people aged 12-25 years living in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee areas. ReFrame is the provision of psychological therapies delivered by their mental health professionals and youth engagement workers.
It is a hub-based and outreach framework and provides information, support and services for young people who are having a tough time managing stress, anxiety or worry, depression, feelings of sadness, physical health, family and relationships and stoudy or work.

Beyond Blue
NewAccess is a free confidential support program, developed by Beyond Blue and delivered by Community Links Wellbeing. It is designed to help anyone 12 years and over manage life stress and tackle day to day challenges. To enquire, you can call on 0455 104 104.
You in Mind
If you are suffering from stress and/or a mental health issue such as anxiety or depression, the You in Mind service can provide you with free psychological support. The service is confidential and available to you, your family, friends or anyone in the wider community over the age of 12 years that identify as:
- Culturally and linguistically diverse or from a refugee background
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Living in the rural areas of Wollondilly and Wingecarribee
- Residents of Claymore, Airds and the 2168 postcode.
Anyone can refer to You in Mind and is not limited to your General Practitioner. If you wish to refer someone to the program or wish to refer yourself, please contact our Mental Health Intake Worker on 0455 104 104 or email us on mhintake@communitylinks.org.au
