The Moss Vale Showground will be filled with an array of market stalls and growers areas, picnic grounds, a brewers' garden, free cooking demonstrations and live entertainment.
Attendees will also have the chance to look at the Porsche in Motion roadshow.
They will also have the opportunity to taste the many unique flavours of the region, such as the many notes of Joadja Distillery's whiskeys.
"We strongly believed that whisky should reflect the land it was created from, so we grew our own barley on-site, and used our own pristine spring water straight from the source," the Jimemez family distillers said.
Attendees can purchase a general admission ticket to the festival for $30 which included a tasting glass and access to the market stalls, growers areas and music.
They can also indulge with a VIP experience for $150 which involved a variety of perks such as access to the market stalls and grower areas, live music, private parking, and entry to the VIP marquee and facilities.
It also involves a glass of bubbles once you arrived, a gift box of Riedell glasses, express access and preferential access to the Porsche in Motion activation and test drive bookings.
The festival will run from 11am-6pm on November 27 and 11am-5pm the following day.
Tickets have been made available online at southernhighlandsfestival.com.au/buy-tickets/.
