The road had been partially closed since fire destroyed several businesses at the intersection of Bong Bong and Wingecarribee Streets on the evening of July 1.
Wingecarribee Shire Council's general manager Lisa Miscamble thanked the motorists, shoppers and business owners for the patience shown during the temporary closure.
"Public safety was always the key priority as the area was first secured and then fire-impacted buildings de-constructed," she said.
The road is now fully opened to both north and southbound through traffic.
Parking lanes and pedestrian footpath access however remain temporary restricted.
"These will also be opened as soon as it is safe to do so," Ms Miscamble added.
"I'd like to also thank Transport for NSW and all the agencies and stakeholders who worked together to re-open the road as swiftly as possible."
Work will continue to be undertaken by the insurer and contractor on de-construction and repair of remaining ground floor fire-impacted businesses and re-development of the site.
