The practice has administered 926 doses of the vaccine, with 726 of those doses provided to patients over the age of 60.
Principal GP Dr Indran Rajendra said it was a "fantastic" result.
"It was a credit to my patients," he said.
"They have realised it was the important thing to do to prevent serious illnesses from Covid-19."
Fifty-two per cent of patients have had both AstraZeneca doses, and 28 per cent have had their first jab of the vaccine.

Dr Rajendra predicted that the percentage would jump to 90 per cent over the next couple of months.
"Over the last few weeks since lockdown, there has been an increased interest in the vaccination," he explained.
"Patients saw an increase in cases and deaths, which has spurred more people to get vaccinated."
Dr Rajendra also said fifteen per cent of patients had the vaccination planned or were undecided, and five per cent declined.
He also acknowledged that GPs were a good place to get the vaccination because patients have visited them for other things.
The Practice-Bundanoon has been in the town since 2015, and looks after 1000 patients.
Eligibility for vaccinations can be checked online.
