Marulan will face Mittagong at home while Bowral travel to face Goulburn Strikers at Cookbundoon with both games kicking off at 3pm.
A week ago Mittagong would not have been preparing for a shot at silverware after they finished behind Yerrinbool after the group stages.
But with Covid-19 restrictions currently preventing Yerrinbool from playing, Mittagong have been handed a lifeline.
Marulan will fancy themselves against their newly-revealed opponents given their unbeaten start to the Highlands regular season.
The match will also count towards the regular season with fixtures needing to be caught up, making it a genuine six-pointer.
Captain Dan Cooper warned his side not to take their Highland opponents lightly.
"Mittagong are a bit of a danger team for us, they seem to always lift against the top teams," he said.
"Soccer is a funny game, anything can happen so we will have to be on our game to get the result we need.
"In the preseason cup Mittagong were the only team to beat us, albeit only in a 40-minute game but they showed they can match it with us."
Cooper said an early goal could prove crucial for Marulan but that they'd have to be on their toes for the full 90 minutes.
"Mittagong are a fairly good defensive team and we've been in pretty good form of late," he explained.
"On the defensive side of things we've conceded zero goals in our last three fixtures and I feel if we can get an early goal Mittagong may lose their structure .
"With the attacking flair that Marulan has I believe we can go on and win quite comfortably.
"The key for us is to start strong, stay patient and play the full 90 minutes as I'm sure Mittagong will keep coming at us all game."
