More than 150 people were tested at Bowral and District Hospital on July 19, after NSW chief health officer Dr Kerry Chant announced Burradoo and Mittagong as places of concern.
A South Western Sydney Local Health District spokesperson confirmed two residents in the Southern Highlands had tested positive for Covid-19.
A third person in Wollondilly has also tested positive for Covid-19.
"The two cases in the Southern Highlands were not infectious in the community," the spokesperson said.
"The Wollondilly case had minimal community exposure.
"With COVID circulating through NSW, we urge people to come forward for testing if they have any symptoms, no matter how mild, to ensure the safety of our community.
"If you are well and eligible, please also come forward for vaccination as soon as possible. There are more than 100 NSW Health vaccination clinics and outreach locations across the state."
South Western Sydney Local Health District operates the Liverpool Vaccination Centre and will open the South Western Sydney Vaccination Centre at Macquarie Fields on Monday July 26. You can book your vaccination via the NSW Health Website here.
