We continue to battle the uncertainties of the global COVID-19 pandemic - job insecurity, financial concerns, separation from loved ones, social restrictions, isolation and much more. The mental wellbeing of many is also being put to the test.
While we may feel hopeless at times we all have the capacity to make a positive difference simply by showing a little kindness to others.

No doubt most of us at some time or another have worn our hearts on our sleeves, or our stresses on our face or in our attitude to others. We need to be mindful that others have their own struggles.
The latest lockdowns and restrictions impacting NSW are sure to bring the stresses and anxieties of many to the surface.
Please be mindful this in your interaction with others - your kindness could make all the difference to someone who is struggling. Believe it or not being kind to others and getting a positive response can also make you feel better.
