The general bowling community have expressed their congratulations as Stephen has served on the board of Bowral Bowling Club for 17 years and is the current chairman and also Vice-President of Zone 5 bowls.
Plus the championships he has won at Bowral are too many to count.

The match of the round was held over two days last weekend with Garry Brown and Russell Knight defeating Noel Fraser and Jim Neely 24-23.
Fraser and Neely had a huge win on Saturday, overcoming Richard Denman and Gordon Lewis 29-7.
On Sunday morning they continued to stick to the good form they showed the day before, leading 15-10 after 11 ends.
Brown and Knight continued to plug away and closed the gap to 23-17 with four ends to play.
After such a fine start the pressure was now on Fraser and Neely. Then Brown and Knight scored six shots on the next three ends to have the match locked up at 23-all
The game was on a knife's edge with one end to play.
On the last end Brown and Knight scored one shot to go into the next round with a 24-23 win.
