Batyr will host an information night for their Being Herd Pathways program on Wednesday June 23 at the Bowral Bowling Club.
The Pathways Program is being sponsored by Anthony and Roy Medich of The Medich Foundation, owners of the historic Maltings building in Mittagong.
Being Herd Pathways Coordinator Keira Bellifemine said sharing experiences about mental health played a big role in de-mystifying it.
"It shouldn't be a silent subject that everyone keeps behind closed doors."
The event starts at 5:30pm. For more contact Keira at beingherdpathways@batyr.com.au
