Creative South guides locals and visitors to find hidden gems like bush studios, village galleries, roadside art, cultural walks, country craft, unique festivals, markets and museums.
Rose Marin, Executive Director of Southern Tablelands Arts (STA), said that Creative South represents a significant investment in cultural tourism from STA.
"We see this as strategic project that supports the cultural sector with economic benefit across the region," she said.
It is encouraging tourism by allowing visitors to explore and celebrate the talent of the southern regions.
Creative South is an expertly curated guide that covers Picton to Pambula, Bowral to Bega, Cooma to Crookwell and every town between. The site features world class galleries, contemporary design centres of excellence, authentic artisan studios and much more. There are dozens of unique inspiring and surprising opportunities just waiting to be discovered.
