The event will be held at Chevalier College and hosted by RAR, Wingecarribee Net Zero Emissions (WinZero), Southern Highlands Greens and Wingecarribee Reconciliation Group (WRG).
Starting at 2pm and running for two hours, the forum will feature a wide range of topics from climate change to Indigenous rights.
Speakers will include Aboriginal community leader Aunty Wendy Lotter, climate justice advocate Varsha Yajman, Sydney University Pro-Chancellor and Australian Human Rights Medalist Dr Dorothy Hoddinott and NSW Greens Senator Dr Mehreen Faruqi.
A Welcome to Country will also be delivered by WRG Co-Chair and Gundungurra Elder Aunty Trish Levett.
In promoting the forum, the WRG said it was essential for communities in Australia to be constantly vigilant in protecting human rights.
"Human Rights must be protected by all for all," a statement read.
"We only need to think what happened in that most advanced of European countries less than a century ago, Germany, to remember how fragile our safety and rights actually are.
"By educating ourselves on Human Rights and showing your support, you get inspired, meet like-minded people, and send a message to those in power and to the community that peoples' rights are not up for sale or negotiation!"
Entry is free and all are welcome but it is a ticketed event so please head to https://www.trybooking.com/BRHFG
