Former acting general manager Barry Paull, 58, appeared at Moss Vale Local Court remotely on June 8.

Defence lawyer Chris Shaw entered a plea of not guilty on his client's behalf.
He said the court had an incomplete brief from police and there was further material to be provided before the case could progress.
Paull will reappear at Moss Vale Local Court on July 6, 2021.
