Police have charged a man after drugs were seized following a vehicle stop in the Southern Highlands on Thursday May 13.

Officers attached to the Hume Traffic and Highway Patrol Command stopped a utility with ACT registration, along the Hume Highway, Berrima, about 3.30pm.
Police spoke to the driver - a 29-year-old man - and a subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered 889g of cocaine in the rear tray.
The driver was arrested and taken to Southern Highlands Police Station where he was charged with alleged supply prohibited drug commercial quantity.
