Braemar manufacturing plant XCEM is due to grow from 18 employees to more than 250 after receiving $3.91 million via the NSW Government's Regional Job Creation Fund.

The grant also allowed the plant the opportunity to increase its productivity six-fold, and expand its Wingecarribee factory.
Sydney-based XCEM CEO Jesse Rafidi said the grant enabled the business to expand within NSW and beyond.
"The expansion will really improve the opportunities for the business both In NSW and across the eastern seaboard," he said.
"The size of the addressable market is very significant.
"Even with the proposed capacity expansion, we estimate to only have enough capacity for approximately 40 per cent of the addressable NSW market."

Member for Wollondilly Nathaniel Smith mentioned that it will also "enable the construction of a new office and staff facilities, including training areas."
XCEM offer environmentally friendly and innovative approaches to manufacturing and material compositions for the construction industry.
Their mission statement is "To develop and deliver new generation, premium products and green technologies for the betterment of the construction industry".
The Regional Job Creation Fund provided $100 million to businesses across regional NSW.
