The Men's Table will head to Bundanoon to help connect with other men in the community through open conversation and can support you to safely share stories, including the highs and the lows.
Michael Collins and Ben Hughs from the Men's Table will be on Highland FM 107.1 on May 5 between 1-2pm to have a chat about the importance of Men's Table and what it's all about.
Introductory sessions called Entree meetings are offered to men in the community.
The Men's Table is a preventative men's mental health initiative that commenced in 2011 with one group of men.
The Men's Table creates a unique environment for men to share openly about their lives, their challenges, their highs and low with a group of men who they grow to trust and respect.
It helps creates a sense of belonging, community, peer support and camaraderie that is lacking for many men, even for some who already have a group of mates.
The Bundanoon Men's Table will be held on May 11 at Bundanoon Hotel between 6:30 pm in a closed room.
Tickets cost $35 and it includes a meal and drink.
Men's Tables are held once a month.
