The planning panel will meet at 3:30 pm at the Moss Vale Civic Centre.
Several items will be discussed:
Development application for 27 Kimberley Drive, Bowral.
The development application to subdivide 27 Kimberley Drive, Bowral was first heard by councillors on February 24, 2021 where it was deferred pending an inspection of the site to enable a better understanding of the issues and concerns relating to the proposal.
Following the suspension of council, the matter was referred to the independent advisory planning assessment panel.
The site has a long history to which the proposed subdivision is related to.
Development consent DA32/27/3182/84 was issued over thirty-five years ago and since that time there have been substantial progress in completing elements of the original approval.
This included tourist and recreational uses and the retention and restoration of a number of historically important buildings on the site, all of which have some historical link to the site and its occupation and use by the Hordern family.
The proposed subdivision represents a more logical and relevant property boundary for ongoing management of land associated with an approved development outcome at Milton Park and a single 40-hectare parcel that accommodates a single residential dwelling house.
Modification to the proposed alterations and additions to the Wingecarribee Shire Council Administration Building
A report will be put before the interim independent advisory planning panel to consider a modification to a development application in relation to Wingecarribee Shire Council Administration Building.
The modification would include changes to the approved internal layout, new entrance awnings (Elizabeth Street and Donkin Avenue), relocation of accessible ramp and external facade treatment changes.
Planning proposal to rezone and reduce minimum lot size
A planning proposal to rezone and reduce minimum lot sizes in Alpine will be put before the panel.
A planning proposal seeks to rezone two adjoining properties in separate ownership in Alpine - from E3 Environmental Management to RU4 Primary Production Small Lots together with a residual lot of some 25 hectares rezoned to E2 Environmental Conservation.
