Having played at festivals as wide and varied as: Sydney and Brisbane festivals opening Nights, Womadalaide, Ragamuffin festival, The Great Escape and the Rainbow Serpent Festival, King Tide will be looking to shake the room in Bowral.
Singer of King Tide, Tony Hughes said the band has been 10 years in the making and ready to entertain the Highlands to the highest quality.
"The band was formed in Bondi at the Beach Road Hotel," Hughes said.
"The person booking the room needed a Jamaican music band for Thursday nights about 10 years ago.
"I put the A-team together, began playing, and the rest is history."
This will be the first time King Tide have played in the Southern Highlands, and they're expecting a great night out.
"We're expecting what we get most places we play, people having fun and a good time," Hughes said.
"People will hopefully be ready to hear some fine, fine music from Australia's premier Jamaican rock steady music band."
COVID bought live music to a standstill last year, but King Tide hit the ground running as soon as shows were allowed and have several months of flow under their belt.
"We've been playing a lot of shows in the Sydney area," Hughes said.
"With people seated and ticketed events, there's no door sales, but we've been playing for the last fours months and are ready to go!
"If you want to hear some rock steady, jammed out reggae with soul, come down to the Bowral Bowling Club."
King Tide are presently finishing of their fourth studio album with a release date in October 2021.
The band will be playing the Bowral Bowling Club on Saturday, April 10 2021.
