Mrs Constable said she was 'totally amazed'.
"I did not expect that, I thought what I did was in the past" she said.
"You meet the most interesting people. Wingecarribee Adult Day Care Centre came out of the Queen Street Centre and I've stayed their ever since."
In her thank you speech, Mrs Constable encouraged everyone to volunteer and give up their time for a worthwhile cause.
Mrs Constable has worked tirelessly on a number of boards and was on the board of the Wingecarribee Adult Day Care Centre until her retirement from the board in October 2020.
In her 17-years on the WADCC board, Mrs Constable played a large part in the transformation of WADCC from a small centre to a facility which supports more than 200 elderly, frail and social isolated residents. She also oversaw the expansion of the WADVV's Bowral centre, a modern facility that can cater to the increased demand of services.
She was also involved with the Queen Street Centre in Moss Vale which houses WADCC, Meals on Wheels and Disability Australia.
