It will be the first show of the year in the Highlands, and Edwina Grant from the Bowral Show Society said she expected it to run almost as normal.
"I think we'll get quite a good roll up," she said.
The Bowral Show will be held on January 9 and 10, 2021.
There will be horse and pavilion events over the two days, with the pet show, dog high jump and mini trot races on the Sunday.
Ms Grant said working dogs would not be a part of the 2021 show as they aimed to avoid anything which would create crowds.
The pavilion exhibitions will include photography, needlework, craft, crochet, knitting, cooking, preserves and creative writing.
The pavilion program is available on the website, with the full program expected to be available later this week.
Entry will cost $10 for adults, $5 for pensioners and children under 14 and $20 for a family.
