Highlanders will have the chance to do just that when Joylands Fun Park comes to Moss Vale Showground.
It will be the first time Joylands has been to the Highlands and it will also be the Wild Mouse Coaster's debut.
The coaster was supposed to debut at the Royal Sydney Easter Show, which did not happen.
Joylands Amusements sales manager Jenene Morgan said they were excited to come to the Highlands for the first time and for people to experience the Wild Mouse Coaster.
"We're all excited to be operating again but also to bring some relaxation and fun for families at the end of such a traumatic year," she said.
"It's the first time we've been at Moss Vale and we want to support the local community while we're down here."
While the Wild Mouse Coaster is expected to be a big hit, there will also be plenty of other rides and entertainment to enjoy.
Ms Morgan said the dodgem cars were always popular, as was the Fantasy Flyer.
She said there would be "total family entertainment", with something for everyone and parents could find a full list of rides and height requirements on the website.
Joylands will be in Moss Vale on November 27-29 and December 4-6.
Numbers will be limited, with three-hour sessions running across the two weekends.
On Fridays, there will be just a 5pm-8pm session.
On Saturdays and Sundays, there will be three sessions, running from 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm and 5pm-8pm.
