The new all abilities playground in Berrima is proving a hit with local children.
It is also providing a great photo opportunity for keen snapper and regular contributor to the Southern Highland News, Tanya Galwey.
Tanya is quick to sing the praises of the new playground located in Berrima Marketplace and established at a total cost of $383,290.
It was made possible with $270,190 from the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities Fund and Community Building Partnership programs, $111,100 from Wingecarribee Shire Council and a further $2000 donation from Berrima District Rotary Club.
Tanya said her children were loving the opportunity to use the playground and enjoy the great outdoors and described the facility as 'excellent'.
"With the temperature dipping this week, we have been enjoying outdoor activities to keep us active and warm," she said.
