Emergency services were called to Coates Road before 1pm on Monday, September 28.
Firefighters, Southern Highlands Police and NSW Ambulance assisted at the scene.
A Southern Highlands Police spokesman said the house "has been totally destroyed by fire".
Police are not treating the incident as suspicious however investigations are continuing.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were not required to treat anyone at the scene.
The NSW Rural Fire has been contacted for comment.
