The day set down for October 1 aims to celebrate good coffee and a good cause, where every cup of coffee counts towards changing young lives for the better.
The event was developed by the charity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, where Youth Off The Streets has seen the full impact of the crisis on homeless and disadvantaged young Australians.
YOTS CEO Lex Lutherborrow said that young people and their families were experiencing increased financial and emotional strain as they dealt with a range of traumatic issues including domestic and family violence, drug and alcohol abuse, struggles with mental health and the added hardship of recent job loss.

Cup of Kindness Day is also being launched to help small businesses doing it tough amid the pandemic.
With the hospitality industry struggling as a result of the crisis, Youth Off The Streets saw an opportunity to help an industry that had given so much to young people.
Mr Lutherborrow said it was one of the largest employers of young people and is often the much-needed 'foot in the door' for those entering the job market.
"That's why we chose to run this fundraiser by partnering with local cafes, coffee shops and clubs," he said.
"It's a great way to help local businesses get more customers through their doors while giving back to a very worthwhile cause."
Cup of Kindness Day on October 1 is also International Coffee Day and is a chance for everyone to come together as a community and share the experience over a nice 'cuppa'.
Cafes participating on the day simply donate a proportion of their sales from every cup of coffee or tea sold on October 1.
Those customers getting their daily cup are welcome to add a kind donation to their purchase.
Youth Off The Streets welcomes everyone to join in on the fun and café and coffee shops can register as a Kind Café by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/cup-of-kindness-day-registration-105047012442
