The Bundanoon Community Association and the Winterfest Organising Committee have announced Winterfest was the recipient of a $37,000 grant from the CommBank bushfire recovery fund.
The fund has been set up to support the recovery of bushfire-affected communities.
This is achieved by strengthening social connections and promote emotional wellbeing. The grant will be used to help stage Winterfest in 2021.
The event is Bundanoon's hugely popular week-long festival that entertains and engages locals and visitors alike.

The organisers would normally obtain much of their financial support from local businesses.
Many businesses suffered significant losses this year - first by the bushfires, and more recently by the impact of the COVID-19 lockdown and ongoing trading restrictions - so much so that the 2020 Winterfest celebrations had to be cancelled.
Winterfest organising committee convenor James Fulford-Talbot said after the "horrendous summer of 2019/20 we really wanted to create an opportunity for the community to reconnect and recover from a very trying period".
"Even before COVID caused the 2020 event to be cancelled, we struggled to raise the sponsorship we relied on to make Winterfest a reality," Mr Fulford-Talbot said.
"We are so grateful to the Commonwealth Bank for this support. This very generous grant will ensure we can stage a truly memorable festival in 2021.
"Our Learn! Play! Eat! Stay! event will also be a brilliant opportunity to support and benefit our local businesses."
Winterfest is scheduled for the week of July 10 to 18, 2021.
The event will include a mix of events to help the community reconnect, recover and move forward.
