Due to ongoing travel restrictions, border closures and continued limitations on mass gatherings, the tour will take place in March and April 2022.
Stewart was due to perform at Centennial Vineyards in Bowral on Sunday, October 25.
Rod Stewart apologised to fans who looked forward to the concert this year.
"I'm so sorry to say my tour this year has been postponed," he said.
"I'll be there in 2022, March and April, and it's going to be great!"
