Sport is an excellent social aspect that can be taken for granted. It teaches kids to work in a team, but most importantly it's fun and creates friendship. COVID has robbed Southern Highland kids of this in 2020 and Milla was ecstatic to see her friends.
"I was excited to see my friends who don't go to my school," Milla said.

It's always a dream for a debut athlete to score a goal no matter what level of competition. To get her netball career off on the right foot, that's exactly what Milla did.
"I was playing in goal attack and I scored a goal," she said.
"It was really exciting."
Expanding her sporting resume, this isn't the first sport Milla has played. She has another activity under her belt she excels at.
"I play netball for fun and to learn a new sport," Milla said.
"I have been playing hockey for the past four years."
