An NSW Ambulance Media spokesman said a 51-year-old female fell off her motorcycle and sustained shoulder, pelvic and facial injuries.
The crash happened on Nowra Road, Fitzroy Falls just after 3pm on Sunday, July 7.
The woman was taken to St George Hospital via helicopter.
Two NSW Ambulance crews and a specialist team provided medical assistance to the woman at the scene.
It is believed the woman had lost control in an oil spill on the road and was thrown from her bike, according to the Rural Fire Service (RFS).
NSW Police assisted the RFS (including Avoca Rural Fire Brigade) to run traffic control while the oil spill was cleaned up.
A motorcycle club also assisted emergency services at the scene.
The job took emergency services about an hour to complete.
This was the second motorcycle crash in the area on Sunday, July 5.
Emergency services were called to the top of Macquarie Pass before midday, after reports a woman had crashed her motorcycle.
The woman was also flown to St George Hospital.
While NSW Ambulance media has not confirmed the exact details of the woman's injuries, a NSW Health spokeswoman confirmed she was in a stable condition on Monday morning.
However shortly after the crash, a Southern Highlands Police spokeswoman said it appeared the woman had sustained "minor injuries to her hand".
